The famous English architect, one of the leader of hi-tech style, Norman Forester had developed a project of Russia tower for the International business-center Moscow-city. The complex with a height of 600 meters is of the three combined all in one tower, Gazeta informs. Glass buildings during a perimeter will be decorated with a section and at the turn of it there will be a metallic binding design. They will provide an individual entrance for each tower. Offices are planned to be situated in the lower part of the tower, hotels in the middle one, and at last at the upper level will be an apartment. On the ground floor will be the parking area.

Moscow city administration was offered by the author 3 different variants of the tower, which differs from each other by their heights 600, 750 and meters. Even 600-meters Russia will be the highest building in Europe, it will be even taller then the American Empire State Building. The Mayor of Moscow Yuriy Luzhkov decided to choose the smallest one.

Nowadays, the house-building of Moscow-city Tower will be finished on the territory of quay, on the central part will be Federation Tower and 2 towers of The city of the World.

The works for erecting the complex of the buildings for City Administration and City Parliament have already began. It is considered that the business-center will be finished by 2007 or 2008.
